Wabi.sabi accepts returns on full priced item only. The items must be in unworn new condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase must be provided. Wabi.sabi will provide a credit note or exchange for another item. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost and item until it is returned to wabi.sabi.

If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately.

Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label on the garment when washing.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
